Tasting Notes
An exceptionally beautiful, bright and radiant pink color (characteristic of the refined French style), presented in a specially bottled, artistic flacon.
A fresh, elegant nose dominated by expressive notes of white peach, redcurrant and fresh pomelo (pink grapefruit).
On the palate the wine shows wonderful volume and range, filled with pure fruit nuances. It is perfectly balanced, with bright freshness and relief that carries through to the typical saline (mineral) finish of the Provençal coast. The alcohol content is balanced at 12.5%.
Best served very well chilled at 8–10°C. It’s an ideal companion for grilled prawns, light Mediterranean salads (such as a fennel and citrus salad), fish starters, or simply enjoyed on its own as an elegant aperitif on warm days.
Like a classic Provençal rosé, it’s made to be drunk young, at its peak brilliance — ideally within 1 to 2 years of the harvest. Store the bottle lying down (horizontally) in a cool, dry place protected from light, at a constant temperature of around 10–12°C.
